The impressive leisure facilities include a brand new Aqua Club which includes 6 outdoor and indoor pools (open all year round). The spa includes a Cornish salt steam room, a Swedish sauna, a hot tub, and experience showers. Treatments by Elemis, Voya and OPI can be booked in the state-of-the-art ash wood panelled rooms or work out in the fully equipped Life Fitness gym.

There are three restaurants, and the hotel has been awarded an AA rosette. Guests can enjoy the best of Cornish coastal produce in the brand new restaurant RenMor or in the more relaxed Terrace which features an outdoor veranda with stunning beach views. The village is home to St Mawes Castle, coastal and inland walks and watersports. Falmouth is a mile away by ferry, which operates year-round. Trelissick Gardens, St Austell and Truro town centres are 30 minutes’ drive away.

The Rosevine boasts a restaurant, which serves dishes for both adults and children. The drawing room has cosy sofas and a wood burning stove, along with a playroom for children. Outside, guests are welcome to enjoy drinks on the lawn, overlooking the sea. With a climbing frame and table tennis, there is a further play area in the garden.

The Rosevine is a short walk from Porthcurnick beach, and just 2 miles from the pretty coastal village of Portscatho via the coast path. Portscatho offers a pub, restaurants, shops and a post office. You can take a boat trip to Falmouth from St Mawes, just under 6 miles away, or drive to the Eden Project in around 40 minutes.

The hotel is on the South West Coastal Path which is popular with walkers, Pentire Point and the Rump are challenging but have amazing views. Golf is available close by at St Enodoc and The Point. The area abounds with a great range of restaurants to suit all tastes.

Rock is 4 miles away, Padstow is 16 miles by road or 4 miles by foot. The nearest airport is Newquay Cornwall Airport: 20 miles. Trains from Paddington stop at Bodmin Parkway 18 miles away.

All of the bedrooms have small en-suite bathrooms and some have panoramic sea views of Port Isaac harbour. Two rooms feature village views. The loft suite features a king-size bed and a small living area and a bathroom with a bath.

The Restaurant specialises in local seafood has also a selection of non-seafood, vegetarian options are available and variety of drinks. It also serves Cornish cream teas and a range of scones, cakes and sandwiches made to order. Please check opening times as these may vary and some days Restaurant & Bar may be closed in season.

The Restaurant and Bar will be shut between November and March.

Please note there are no parking facilities by the B&B, you are welcome to drop off your luggage if you arrive earlier. The walk from and to the car park might take anything between 5-20minutes depending on physical stamina and might be difficult for older and disabled persons.

In summer check-in time is between 4pm and 6pm, in winter between 2pm and 4pm.

Breakfast is included in the price and provided between 8.30am and 9.30am. Check-out 10am.

During winter only Continental breakfast will be served to the guests in the morning.
